I’m Asal, founder of H Real Estate Group.

With nearly a decade of experience in real estate, I bring a refined, strategic approach to buying, selling, and investing across residential, commercial, and development sectors. With a background in Urban Planning from the University of Toronto, I began my career managing mid-rise development proposals, working closely with architects, engineers, and city officials. This foundation allows me to evaluate not just what a property is—but what it has the potential to become.

Today, I specialize in residential, pre-construction, and commercial real estate, with experience spanning land, hotels, and commercial plazas.
